With his silky black coat and shepherd-like looks, he’s often mistaken for a miniature German Shepherd—but in truth, he’s one-of-a-kind. Still just a pup, Borys has the soul of a devoted companion: loyal, loving, and eager to be near his human.

Borys was found tied to a petrol station as a tiny pup—abandoned like rubbish and left to an uncertain fate. No one came back for him. No collar, no note. Just a young soul left confused and frightened. Thankfully, kind strangers intervened before it was too late and Borys found himself safe in rescue. Now, he’s ready to begin a new life in a real home, filled with kindness and security.

Borys is a lively, clever, highly trainable and affectionate young dog. At home, he’s relaxed and loyal, always curling up quietly when left alone for short period. He loves spending time in the garden, sniffing about, and playing between his walks. Outside, he’s active, curious, and thrives on adventure—ideal for someone who enjoys long walks and being out in nature.
Borys is already housetrained, great with other dogs, and very people-focused. He adores cuddles and will gently follow you from room to room, happy just to be near. When you leave, he quietly waits by the door, hoping for your return.
He’d be happiest in a home with a garden and plenty of opportunity to explore the world!

Borys would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the day and enjoys keeping active. He’s fantastic with other dogs and would do well in a home with a friendly canine companion or as the only dog getting all the attention.
