Super eager to please. He’s playful, enjoys a big open space to let loose in. He’s especially partial to a game of tug of war. He is fully toilet trained, sleeps through the night. And most of all enjoys a good cuddle. He’s very tactile and a good fuss is the way to his heart. He is a very active boy who would suit a home of explorers. He’s a great little adventure buddy. However, a more experienced home would suit him as he can be anxious being left alone. Someone with the time and patience to build him up to this would set him up for success. He adores other dogs, is friendly and good natured. Someone who would enjoy giving him mental stimulation (especially teaching tricks) would be IDEAL!! He is just an awesome little dog”

🐶 Lenny’s life began in hardship. He was taken from a chaotic, neglectful environment where he lived with careless alcohol addicted owners. Thankfully, he was rescued at just three months old and brought to the shelter where he’s been waiting for a real family ever since.
🐶 Despite his tough start, Lenny’s spirit remains gentle and loving. He doesn’t hold a grudge against the world. Instead, he greets every person, dog, and cat with the same eager, friendly smile.
