Meet MINA, a small size, curious, and sociable girl of around 9 months old. She’s a pure Jagdterrier, a breed known for its intelligence, energy, and loyalty.

Rescue Story:
MINA was bought by hunters as a future working dog, expected to become a skilled hunter. But MINA had other plans—her gentle nature and love for life didn’t align with the rigorous demands of hunting. She didn’t have the strong prey drive that was expected of her, and instead, she brought too much joy and playfulness to her training sessions. Her original owner, disappointed by her lack of hunting skills, saw no future for her and wanted to put an end to her life. Fortunately, a more compassionate friend intervened, rescuing MINA from a tragic fate and bringing her to rescue.

MINA embodies the best traits of the Jagdterrier breed. She’s playful, outgoing, and full of curiosity. Despite her energetic nature, she’s calm and gentle at home after a good walks. MINA is affectionate and loyal once she gets to know you, making her a wonderful companion for families with children over 6 years old. She’s great with other dogs and enjoys their company. While she’s not aggressive, she may chase small animals, so it’s best to be cautious around cats. MINA is highly intelligent and eager to learn, making her easy to train. She thrives on activity and would love a home where she can run, play, and go on long enough walks. At home, she’s well-behaved, housetrained. She is very much companion dog and doesn’t like to be left alone.
