ROCCO is hypoallergenic, making him a great companion for those with allergies. However, the Bichon Frise is a high-maintenance breed that requires regular (ideally weekly, but no longer than every three weeks) grooming and bathing.
Rescue Story:
I’ve just returned from my trip to Ukraine and received an urgent request for help with rehoming. According to family ROCCO was privately bought just 5 days ago by a family grieving the recent loss of their beloved dog. In their hearts, they thought they were ready to welcome a new puppy, but soon realized the emotional toll was still too heavy.
Wanting the best for him, they made the responsible choice to bring him to our rescue, hoping we can help him find a stable and committed forever home he deserves.

ROCCO is currently at Foster family with 3 other dogs and that’s what Foster say about him : ” Hello friends! My name is ROCCO, although my foster moms keep calling me ‘little sod’ ‘little terror’ and other names I’m too young to understand! I keep getting told no, off, get down, and stop, but I don’t see the problem, I think it’s funny to bite human toes, steal flip flops and wind the other doggies up! And will I let these silly humans leave my side or sleep? Absolutely not!
See I’m just 5 months old, so I’m just a baby, and I’ve already had 3 homes, so I won’t let these humans out my sight! I don’t want to be left again, my humans said they will help me learn it’s ok to be on my own. They also say even though I’m super cute I need to learn some manners and boundaries, I am learning right and wrong, but no one has ever taught me before.
