HARLEY is a stunning 4-year-old (in April) lower-medium Labrador cross, possibly with Beagle, due to his sandy and white colouring and a charming white-tipped tail. This loyal boy was adopted from us as a puppy more than 3 years ago (!) , but now finds himself looking for a new home due to his anxiety around new born children.

HARLEY’s Story
Adopted from us as a young puppy, HARLEY has been a beloved member of his family for over three years. However, after the arrival of a child and a house move, he started to show anxiety, and he now struggles in his current environment. His family has made the heartbreaking decision to find him a new home that better suits his needs.

HARLEY is a soft-hearted, gentle boy who craves love, attention, and stability. He is housetrained, well-mannered in the home, and knows basic commands like sit, lie down, stay, and heel. Outdoors, he has good recall and walks beautifully on a lead. While he can be excitable around new people or dogs, he quickly settles and shows no signs of aggression.
At home, HARLEY loves being close to his humans, often sleeping on the sofa or bed. He is fine being left alone for a few hours after is fully settled in a new home, settles quickly when you leave, and isn’t destructive. He’s happiest in a calm, structured environment where he can feel secure.

HARLEY would thrive in adult home with loving and understanding owners who can help him to return back to himself. He would do best as the only pet as he is used to it. A quiet, loving household with regular walks, mental stimulation, and cuddles would be perfect for him. This sweet boy needs a home where he can relax and feel secure. HARLEY is healthy, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations, including kennel cough. He has no known allergies, medical issues, or dietary restrictions.
