Cercei, known as Minnie, is a sweet British Bull Mastiff cross. In early August due to difficult personal circumstances, her owner had no choice but to surrender her. For days, she reached out to friends, family, and countless rescues—only to be met with closed doors. Minnie, being a large breed and heavily pregnant, faced overwhelming odds. But then, in what felt like a miracle. Thanks to our incredible network of foster carers, Minnie found a safe haven with the most loving and experienced foster family. She gave birth to her babies in the calm, secure environment she truly deserved. Now, Cercei is ready to find her forever home.

And this is what her fosters says about her: “Cercei has been my absolute favourite foster to date, and there simply aren’t enough words to express just how incredible she is. But I’ll give it my best shot…

🌟 Cercei’s Highlights:
• Gentle Giant: Cercei is a true sweetheart with a heart of gold. She’s as gentle as they come and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body.
• Lap Dog at Heart: Though she weighs around 29kg and is quite leggy, Cercei firmly believes she’s a lap dog. If she can’t fit on your lap, she’ll be more than happy to rest her head on your lap or shoulder instead.
• Great with All Ages: Cercei is amazing with people of all ages and enjoys being handled, cuddled, and played with. She’s still young, so she can be a bit bouncy, but it’s all in good fun!
• Quick Learner: Cercei would thrive in training classes. She’s such a clever girl, eager to learn and full of potential.
• Dog-Friendly: Cercei gets along with dogs of all sizes and ages. However, due to her size and clumsiness, she might be too much for tiny or delicate dogs.
• Crate and Bed Approved: Cercei has no issues sleeping in a crate at night but prefers the human bed, especially with the colder weather. She’s never been destructive.
• House-Trained: Cercei is fully house-trained and knows the ropes.
• Calm in the Car: She’s great in the car – no travel sickness or noise – although she prefers standing up to lying down.
• Quiet as a Mouse: Cercei very rarely barks, and she doesn’t get involved in barking with other dogs. Even the postman doesn’t get a peep out of her!
• Loves Grooming: Bath time, grooming, drying – Cercei loves any form of attention.
• Cat-Friendly: Cercei has been tested with cats and small animals, and her prey drive is virtually nonexistent.

A Few Quirks:
❌ Size Matters: Cercei is a big girl who doesn’t realise it. She’s clumsy and bouncy, which means she’s better suited to homes with older children, though she’s been fine with younger ones too.
❌ Lead Walking: Cercei hasn’t quite mastered lead manners. She pulls on the lead and harness, so she’ll need some training to walk nicely.

If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion who’s great with kids, dogs, and even cats, Cercei might just be your perfect match. With some training on the lead and a bit of space for her clumsy, big-hearted self, she’ll reward you with endless love and loyalty. Come meet this wonderful girl and see for yourself how special she truly is!
