ALEX is currently at Foster in UK, unfortunately not getting on with the resident dog, but he is such a loving boy. That’s what currently foster says about him: ” Alex is the most beautiful, intelligent & and gentle boy. He is so well-behaved in the home. No mess, settles well & very eager & quick to learn. He’s a delight on the lead. He bonds with humans so fast & so deeply. Unfortunately, he is not getting on with my resident dog as he wants us all to himself & deserves this. I feel he would make the most wonderful dog to a family with either no other dogs or multiple dogs, so there is no one to one jealousy.”

Rescue Story:
ALEX’s path to safety is filled with bravery and resilience. He was rescued from the front-line town of Toretsk, in the Donbass region, a place deeply scarred by war. Nearly abandoned, and surrounded by destruction, ALEX stayed close to his friend ARIEL as they held onto hope. It was brave volunteers who journeyed into this war-torn place to rescue them, bringing them to safety. Their journey to freedom, captured on video (attached here), speaks more than words ever could.

Detailed Information:
Despite the harsh days he’s experienced, ALEX has a calm and trusting soul. He’s wonderfully behaved in the home – house-trained, quiet, and unobtrusive. He’s a gentle, friendly boy who connects easily with people, children, and other dogs. Walking with ALEX is a pleasure, as he’s lead-trained and genuinely enjoys his strolls. At home, he’s the perfect blend of cheerfulness and calm, loves human companionship and happy to cuddle up in quiet moments.

ALEX’s nature is gentle yet deeply intuitive; he seems to understand what his humans need with just a glance. He would be an great companion for a family with children, a couple, or an individual who wants a faithful friend.

ALEX is fully healthy. Neutered, he has all core vaccines done and is microchipped. All dogs are C.Brucella tested before the trip (owners will receive a licensed laboratory test certificate).
