Rescue Story
ALVA’s start in life was full of danger. She and her five siblings were just tiny pups when they were discovered near a road on the edge of an abandoned village. They darted across the road, oblivious to the cars that could have easily harmed them. Nearby, volunteers found a heartbreaking scene—a dog hit and killed by a car, likely their mother.
Three of ALVA’s siblings have already found loving homes in the UK, but ALVA and her sister NANNA are still waiting. Each time the Happy Doggy Bus departs with their friends, ALVA gazes after it with longing eyes. For some reason, the space for her never seems to appear. She was born to bring joy and love to a family—please let that family be yours.
