Rescue Story
NANNA’s story began in tragedy but is full of hope for a brighter future. She and her five siblings were found as tiny puppies near a road in an abandoned village. They were running across the road in danger of being hit by cars. Nearby, volunteers found a dog struck and killed by a car, likely their mother.

Three of her siblings have already found loving homes in the UK, but NANNA and her sister ALVA are still waiting patiently. Every time the Happy Doggy Bus leaves with their friends, NANNA gazes after it with sadness, wondering why there’s no space for her. She was born to bring joy and love to a family—please give her that chance.

NANNA is housetrained, making her transition to a home environment easy. She is well-mannered and was always the most polite among her siblings, showcasing a well-balanced and loving personality. NANNA is very human-oriented and adores cuddles and hugs. Her leash manners are excellent, making walks an enjoyable experience.

NANNA is friendly with all dogs, but she hasn’t been tested with cats. Her gentle, playful nature means she’ll fit in perfectly with a family who enjoys both affection and fun. Due to her size and playful side, she’d be best suited for a home with children aged 7 or older.
