POOPSIE is a 6+ month-old small size little sweetheart girl. She’s small but packed with love and energy! She’s ready to join the Happy Doggy Bus to the UK at the end of October but needs a place where to go (home or committed foster).

Rescue Story:
Little POOPSIE was found as a newborn puppy alongside her tiny Chihuahua-cross mum and two sisters, OOPSIE & BOOPSIE, abandoned at a gate of dog shelter. It’s hard to imagine such cruelty, but their story took a turn for the better when kind people brought them to safety. Now, POOPSIE is ready to leave her past behind and embrace the future with a loving family.

POOPSIE is the type of pup who adores everyone from the very first moment. She’s always eager for belly rubs and will happily follow you everywhere, not wanting to leave your side. With her sweet loving nature, she’s perfect for someone who loves attention-seeking, affectionate puppies. Though she’s a bit submissive and not too sure about medium or large dogs, she can stand up for herself if needed. POOPSIE would suit home as the only pet or with a small-to-medium, playful dog and would benefit greatly from puppy classes to build her confidence around other dogs and socialisation. Like all puppies, she will need continued training to help her become the perfect home pet. POOPSIE is housetrained with occasional rare nighttime pee-pad accidents but can hold for 8-9 hours overnight.
Despite her high energy during playtime, POOPSIE is great at calming down during the day. She loves a good snooze and will nap peacefully, especially when given a long-lasting natural chew like hooves. Keeping her occupied with these types of chews (please never use rawhide!) can settle her down for hours. She adores her toys, especially anything soft and squeaky, and while she’s very active, she has quiet moments during the day when she enjoys resting and nibbling her favourite treats.
