He’s a strong and handsome young lad who wants nothing more than to be your best mate – to go on walks, share your sofa (if he’s allowed!), and make you laugh with his enthusiasm for life. He is ready to come on Happy Doggy Bus to the UK on 13th June, but needs a place where to go (home or committed foster).

💔 Rescue Story:
🐶 Bruno’s life before rescue was not kind. He was found injured by the roadside after being hit by a car. Thankfully, his wounds were not serious, but they told a silent story – of old collar wounds on his neck, long since healed over, and a life that hadn’t seen much love. But even after all that, Bruno greeted his rescuers with a wagging tail and eager eyes.

🐶 Bruno is bursting with love for people – especially men – and he’s quick to greet everyone like an old friend. He loves children and is always ready to play or cuddle. With other dogs, he is generally friendly and social, though he did show a bit of dominance toward an older unneutered male. With neutered dogs and females, he plays and gets along splendidly. He’s also perfectly fine with cats and shows no prey drive.
🐶 Bruno currently lives in a small shed, where he patiently holds his bladder until walk time. He doesn’t bark or cry when left alone, though when indoors he can get a bit too excited and may explore a table out of curiosity. He’s still a bit cheeky with plastic bags – he enjoys ripping them – but this can be worked on.
He is working with a trainer and learning to walk nicely on lead. He is smart, motivated by treats, and responds well to structure.

🐶 Bruno needs an active home with someone who can give him structure and time to continue learning. A house with a garden would be ideal. He would thrive in a family that can give him the company and activity he craves – whether that’s long walks, training sessions, or play in the garden.
