Lulu’s owner has been made homeless and is sadly unable to keep her. She was taken in by his elderly grandmother temporarily, but Lulu’s energy and needs are too much for someone frail to manage. This once-loved family companion is now in limbo—and urgently needs a safe, kind home where she can feel secure again.

Lulu is a bright, bouncy girl with the softest, most loving heart. She may be 8, but she still loves her walks, enjoys time outdoors, and is very social with other dogs. She’s used to being around children and thrives in a family setting. Despite the changes she’s gone through, Lulu remains sweet, gentle, and eager to connect with people.

Her foster notes that she hates being left alone or shut in a room—this is a girl who wants to be near her people. She’s not destructive but can become distressed when left, so she needs a home where someone is around most of the time. She’s affectionate, cuddly, and wants to be your shadow.

She’s also very playful and still enjoys active time—don’t let her age fool you! She needs a structured, but lively household where she can go for walks, play, and feel involved. She’s wonderful on the lead once the excitement settles, and a joy to take out and about.
