Rescue Story:
WEDNESDAY’s story is both heartbreaking and hopeful. This tiny, defenceless girl was spotted in a field, left all alone to face the harsh realities of survival. It was clear from her behaviour that she was once a cherished pet, cruelly abandoned by someone who drove away, leaving her behind. What could they have been thinking? A creature so small and trusting, left to fend for herself against hunger, exhaustion, and predators.
A kind-hearted local spotted her, hungry and worn out, and shared her plight online. The rescue team quickly came to collect her, and from the moment she was brought to safety, her sweet and trusting nature shone through.
More About WEDNESDAY:
WEDNESDAY (foster calls her Wendy), is a little bundle of love who adores human attention. She loves being carried in your arms, showered with kisses, and staying close by your side. At her foster home, she’s been a joy to everyone, fitting in perfectly with both dogs and cats. Despite her petite size, she’s a spirited player who enjoys frolicking with her doggy friends.
She’s curious, active, and absolutely adores walks, making every outing an adventure. Her affectionate and trusting nature is a testament to her resilience and desire to connect with her human family.
Ideal Family:
WEDNESDAY is looking for a loving and attentive home. She would thrive in a family with older children (7+), as her tiny size makes her vulnerable to accidental harm. She’d be happiest in a home with another young, playful dog to share her energy and love for games.
Her ideal family will be one that enjoys spending time with her, showering her with cuddles, and including her in daily activities. WEDNESDAY promises to fill her home with joy, laughter, and unwavering devotion.
Health Information:
WEDNESDAY is in excellent health, spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. She’s ready to bring her playful energy and boundless love to her new family.
